Virtual Advantage offer a full Business Support Service. We are in essence a Virtual Office.  We offer the facilities of a fully functioning office to our clients; that means they don’t have the hassle or costs involved with the set up or running of such a facility.

We offer everything from the most basic of administration roles, through to that of a fully functioning Virtual Office.  

Other services offered by Virtual Advantage are carried out by our virtual team.  These include, but are not limited to; Advertising Sales, Sales Analysis, Internet Research, Print Management, Creative Marketing, Event Organisation and Project Management.  We also have a team of individuals whose experience is predominantly clerical, who will undertake work when required.

We offer a flexible approach to our clients’ requirements.  We believe in relationship building, and are part of our client’s company whether calling as part of their telemarketing team or as their PA.  We believe in continuing to build on these relationships to be of the utmost importance. 

Any business that has a need for any kind of office facility is a potential client for Virtual Advantage; that can be from the one or two person company to the larger multi-national business.

How it Works

We will deliver a cost effective and efficient service to our clients.  In order to do this we need to have a very clear understanding of their requirements.  An initial client meeting is sought, a clear brief taken and the project will then be scheduled and carried out.  This is undertaken to develop an understanding of the client’s business, procedures and systems.

Once a brief has been given and a price agreed, most other communication will be via telephone and electronic means.  We are continually looking at appropriate technology and are happy to incorporate new procedures dependent on client requirements. To date documentation is delivered in varied forms; email, shared calendars, Microsoft Excel and Word and PDF attachments.  

Pricing 

Pricing will generally be quoted on a per project basis.  We are happy to carry out some aspects of work on an hourly or retainer basis and equally a price can be given for a one off project.
