Dr Chris Thomas is the director of Milton Contact Limited, a longstanding member of HBN and an ardent believer in the power of networking!

Chris was originally a project leader for a Biotech company before forming his own company. His key interest and skills are as a facilitator between a clients needs and available solutions. Chris's current expertise lies in three main areas;

1. Writing promotional literature and providing photography, illustration and art services. We have written white papers for companies, published books for local authors, conducted photoshoots of people and products, designed leaflets and brochures and websites or simply arranged for business cards to be printed.

2. We represent the world renowned Dale Carnegie Training in Cambridgeshire (How to Win Friends and Influence People), and can assist you in leadership training, developing team members and presentation skills. 3. Milton Contact Limited assists overseas companies and delegations wishing to enter the UK market by conducting research, arranging meetings with key individuals in the UK industry and accompanying visiting delegates. See overseas Market Assistance site

Babs Moore has more than 25 years experience in high technology business to business sales mainly in the electronic component industry. She is an award winning account manager and has worked both for major multinationals such as Texas Instruments and Philips Semiconductors as well as for small SMEs. Babs formed Boldoak in early 2006 and has sinced worked with both electronic component distributors and manufactures in re-focussing their sales processes to drive forward growth. Other customers have included Europartners Consultants, the leading consultancy group in Europe focussed on the electronic component industry, People Alchemy who provide software based support products for management and Amina. Amina are a local Huntingdon based professional audio company and Boldoak is retained to drive forward their worldwide distributor and agents programme.

Babs also undertakes speaking engagements with local business clubs and further afield including the Enterprising Women's Conference at Newmarket Racecourse in June 2007 where Babs lead a workship on "Supersizing Your Sales".
