£1300 raised for Young Carers
Thanks to all HBN members who supported us on Saturday night as we raised £1300 for the "We Care Appeal". Several members supplied raffle prizes and Lesley Sharpe and Kristina Julin-Stringer helped on the door and sold raffle tickets. Chris Thomas was the MC for the evening and did a grear job. HBN has now chosen Young Carers as the charity for the year. If you have any ideas to help raise more funds, please let me know. We are now doing a dance at the Commemoration Hall in Huntingdon to help raise money to keep the hall running for the community. This will take place on the 7th June. Hope you will come along and support it.
