In order to modify your profile, you need to login.

1. Click on Login on the top menu and enter your username and password.
2. Once logged in, you will see 3 tabs in the centre of the page:

   View | Edit | Contact

   To modify your settings, click on Edit

3. The sub-menu displayed are:

   Account Settings | Personal Information

   Please check your account settings:

   • The first edit field is your contact email address. This is the email address the HBN system will use to send you emails. This does not need to be the same as your business email address.

     Please check this email address is correct

   • The second edit field is your password. If you want to change your password, please enter your new password in box fields.
   • The third field is your comment settings. This will be used when you add a comment to articles on the website.
4. Click on submit when you are happy with your changes
5. To View your Member Profile, click on the Personal Settings tab on the sub-menu at the top
6. Please review each edit field:
   • Name:

     This is your full name and will appear at the bottom of all articles written by you.

   • Company name:

     This is the full name of your company.

   • Address line 1, line 2, Town, County, postcode:

     This is your business address for any correspondence through HBN

   • Mobile:

     Enter your business mobile number if you wish disclose it.

   • Fax:

     Enter your business fax number if you wish to disclose it.

   • Email:

     Enter your business email address if you wish to disclose it.

   • Website:

     Enter your business website address if you wish to disclose it.

   • Member Profile:

     This is a free format text area for you to enter a brief description of you and your business. Please see the help 'How to use the website editor tool' for help on entering your copy.

7. Click submit when you are happy with your changes.
